Tools for Efficient Scientific Production

Objectives

This workshop aims to put students in direct contact with recent tools for scientific production, including version control, Markdown writing, concepts of Personal Knowledge Management using Obsidian and Zotero, and the use of Quarto and R Studio for the production of websites, presentations, and reproducible statistical analyses. It will provide valuable knowledge for the application of these tools, as well as for subsequent practice and implementation in research activities.

Who is this programme for?

Researchers, healthcare professionals, and higher education students in the Health Sciences field (preferably from the 2nd or 3rd cycle).

50€

25% discount for students enrolled in MEDCIDS doctoral, masters, specialization or advanced studies courses at MEDCIDS.

Collaborators and researchers from MEDCIDS – Department of Community Medicine, Information and Decision in Health or from CINTESIS – Center for Research in Health Technologies and Services, with connection to MEDCIDS – Free.

Exemption from fees requires the authorization of the MEDCIDS Director / CINTESIS Principal Investigator, up to a limit of 7 trainees.
