Objectives
The goals of the course “Introduction to Biomedical Data Analysis using R (IBDAuR) are:
a) to endow students with basic competences in health data science, in its component of exploratory biomedical data analysis and statistical inference, including different statistical techniques with real-world databases;
b) to strengthen the competences of health data science researchers and practitioners; and
c) to complement the state-of-the-art data analysis using other softwares (e.g. SPSS).

Collaborators and researchers from MEDCIDS – Department of Community Medicine, Information and Decision in Health or from CINTESIS – Center for Research in Health Technologies and Services, with connection to MEDCIDS – Free.
Exemption from fees requires the authorization of MEDCIDS Director / CINTESIS Principal Investigator, up to a limit of 7 trainees.
